Some fitness guy on YouTube who is super shredded, was talking about how one of his clients lost so much weight. He set up his laptop on the treadmill and set it to an incline on a slow moderate pace. I tried it, and it is the best idea ever. I am actually on it now. I would be on my computer anyway, and walking at a slow enough pace that I can still work is incredible. I forget I'm on it and before I know it I've gone an hour and burned 400 calories.
I built a squat rack last week, I'm adding a bench press to it today. Made some concrete weights, and for under 100 dollars I have a pretty awesome home gym universal. can't wait to get back in shape.
