Some fitness guy on YouTube who is super shredded, was talking about how one of his clients lost so much weight. He set up his laptop on the treadmill and set it to an incline on a slow moderate pace. I tried it, and it is the best idea ever. I am actually on it now. I would be on my computer anyway, and walking at a slow enough pace that I can still work is incredible. I forget I'm on it and before I know it I've gone an hour and burned 400 calories.

I built a squat rack last week, I'm adding a bench press to it today. Made some concrete weights, and for under 100 dollars I have a pretty awesome home gym universal. can't wait to get back in shape.

I sometimes stand on a balance board for calls where I can't leave but have to pay attention. it would be interesting to see if I am even capable of walking and working at the same time.

Katsolo I've been doing it day and night and man I love it. you just need a steady platform to set your laptop on. I do 5 miles a day now, 3 in the morning and 2 at night and it just flies by. I posted a pic of it in my journal if you want to check it out
