Weighed in @ 205.8 again today. Not going to record my coconut oil intake for a week or so. I throws my total calories & fat intake out of whack, even though I'm aware of the 120 calories per tblspn, and the fat calories. It's good fat & I really want to record the bad fats. So for now, there will be anywhere from 250 to 500 calories a day through coconut oil.
