Was harder than last week for some reason.. I guess too early doesn't work that great for me (9-45am).. Or maybe I need protein shake before I run. I'll try that on Wednesday I guess.. I felt like I had no energy, had to push myself and almost stopped at some point but kicked my own ass and kept going!

This C25K thing sounds insane! Good for you for doing it :D Don't sweat it (ha, get it?!), some people just don't have enough energy in the morning to exercise...I know I don't. Protein shake before you run might be a good idea, just let your tummy settle before you run so that you don't cramp up. Keep hydrated, and be sure to get a smidge more protein again after you run. It doesn't work that well for me in the morning! Lol never did but I keep trying for some reason.. Maybe some day when I grow up! :) C26K is not that insane, if u take it slow, step by step, anybody can do it u know.. Well I know I'm gonna! :D Have a good nite Tubbs, looks like some of us got to their goal weight ;-) Me jealous!!!
