Day 8- Haven't logged on the last 2 days...they were my work days. I work 10+ hr shifts at a trauma hospital, and though I didn't have time to workout those days, my job is so physically demanding and consuming, that I think I burn more calories there than any day at the gym! However, I stuck quite well to my diet. And today (saturday) I got up early and had a kickass workout at the gym, including weights! Feeling very powerful!
