Yea. I’ve been sticking religiously to the number of calories and trying to do exercise and miraculously I lost another pound this week. This might work. If I can only stick to my goal.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
