Hey everybody, how are you? It's so good to be back. I am starting to put more positive motions in place. I still work at a restaurant so I decided to completely stop eating their food. My boyfriend always tells me that if I was a carpenter, I wouldn't be able to eat my tools. He is so right. I am looking at the food that I serve as my tools. I am starting to eat healthier at work and home. My only issue is my consumption of sodium. I will get that under control though.
It's just so good to be back! I need to start working out again too :)
