I have been doing reasonably well with eating more fruit and veggies, less gluten products and sugary things. However, last night I went out with a friend to a buffet dinner and party. Let's just say I blew it and up in weight this morning. Not recording it as I hope it is a blip that will fall back into line soon. At least it wasn't a case of binge eating something...although I did eat more than I needed for sure. Have a good day everyone.
