Holidays and the cold weather have definitely been rough on the diet and exercise. The bitter cold really affects my fibromyalgia, so even mild exercise is difficult some days. I'm trying to at least do some stretching and movement in the house. I also have NO reason not to record my food and keep better track of the calories.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
