MO3-Brittney's Journal, 17 January 2014

Alright, I really want to check my weight but I am determined to wait till Tue because it will be exactly a week since I weighed in last and I don't want to be thinking about it all the time...soooo I have resisted the urge to look. LOL! I believe I have been doing good with eating healthier and having smaller portions and I've been staying active. I exercised the first 2 days and took a break yesterday so I'll be exercising later today. Overall I'm proud of myself :)
