Well lets see... Here's my weight loss and gain bio...
I met my husband at 15 got pregnant at 16 and had my first baby at 17yrs old. That's when I can say my life turned a corner where I began having an issue with my weight. Well I lost and I gained off and on till I got pregnant again at 18 and had my second baby at 19yrs old. I gained 60lbs and I lost around 30lbs after and I stayed around 175 for 4yrs then I got pregnant with my 3rd baby and I gained 60 with him also. That year was a tough year emotionally because my husband and I were going through a hard time in our marriage. I had also got a bad knee injury just 3 months after I gave birth and I gained some weight after that. As soon as I healed enough to start working out I ended up losing 15lbs in 2 months all on my own during the holidays. Then I joined a local competition to lose weight with Herbalife and I ended up winning that challenge by losing 23lbs in 8 weeks and 18 inches. I had reached 160lbs and I continued to lose but a lot slower. In total I had lost 50lbs in one year and I was of course feeling great about myself...then I ended up pregnant with my fourth and last baby so now I have started my weight loss again and so far Im doing great.
