Actually only 122.5 on scale today, but don't want to enter it till it happens more than once in a row. I was 121.5 one day earlier in the month. Also, yest. I had a natural BM, & ate less than 1,000cal.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
