Day 5: I did it!!! I've worked out 5 days in a row! yay me :) I waited this time until my baby went down for a nap, and I did my 1 hr workout DVD uninterrupted this time :) It has 20 min cardio, 20 min lower body and 20 minute weights/arms. The DVD has a low, medium, high intensity for each, and right now I'm doing low. I think next week I might bump it up to medium. I feel great about myself!
