Jan 4- Day started out a little stressful as we took our 8 mos old for a planned surgery at Children's. Everything went great and it's my habit to eat out of stress-- but I fought it! I've managed to stick to my RDI still :) I might even sneak in a workout while my husband stays with our daughter. My jeans feel loose today-- and that is not normal for me, I like how it feels!
