Okay.. I admit it. I was snowed in for 4 days and I didn't even work out once. Not once. And I ate. And ate. And ate. But, in my defense, I was just adding on fat to keep me warm in the -14 degree temperatures, right? Now, enough of the excuses. Back to work today (literally, finally!) and I really have no excuse what-so-ever. The busier get, the busier I am.. and with busy, usually comes productive. I really hope so. I need a serious kick in the behind. And I need to be the one to do it. And I think I just signed myself up for a spin class for tomorrow. More notes on that later. For now.. I am going to go drink my water. And lots of it.
