Note to self: 5 days gym this week. Medium to heavy weights. Plus 3 days evening walks (distance anywhere between 5-7k). Consumed approx 300 extra calories each week day and about 700-900 on weekends. #feelinggood.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 163.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
