Made it through day 1 of phase 1. No headaches yet. Thank goodness. i ate perfectly, and exercised twice, 20 min. on bike, 20 min. pilates. Feels good to get moving again. I made a list of all the reasons i want to lose weight, and it is on my fridge now. I asked my husband to do the same. I drank 2 liters of water. I am going to try and only drink water for the next week, aside from my morning coffee of course. I think the best part of eating healthy, is seeing my kids eat so many vegetables! Yesterday my 2 year old had a big salad just like Mommy at lunch. So great!

Good for you! Hopefully the cravings will be a thing of the past very soon. Sounds like you are in full determination mode!

I like the part of drinking only water (that's my normal mode but coffee is considered water :-) ). And I certainly agree with KellyBo that you sound determined. Take care.

I hear you cravings! I started taking b12 and that helps a lot! Good luck. I am in phase one again too. Funny how we seem to keep starting and stopping together :)
