Made it through day 1 of phase 1. No headaches yet. Thank goodness. i ate perfectly, and exercised twice, 20 min. on bike, 20 min. pilates. Feels good to get moving again. I made a list of all the reasons i want to lose weight, and it is on my fridge now. I asked my husband to do the same. I drank 2 liters of water. I am going to try and only drink water for the next week, aside from my morning coffee of course. I think the best part of eating healthy, is seeing my kids eat so many vegetables! Yesterday my 2 year old had a big salad just like Mommy at lunch. So great!
