Day 2: Woke up a bit sore from working out yesteday, but it's a great reminder that I WENT to the gym! Lost .8 of a lb overnight. Just had breakfast, and instead of using a giant bowl and free-pouring my cereal, I used a measuring cup and followed the serving size on the box. I also measured the skim milk to one cup exactly. I'm surprised I'm actually not hungry! Going to the gym in a little while :) Feeling motivated!
