I am really hoping that I am not biting off more than I can chew, but today is day 2 without cigarettes and day 1 without gluten too...a friend gave me a book named Healthier without wheat and I was very suprised to see that I have a lot of symptoms of a gluten intolerance...my son does as well, so we are going to embark on a 30 day gluten free diet.

I too have symptoms of gluten intolerance and have been on again-off again gluten free. It is challenging, but from what I can tell, worth it!
