Failed sticking to my first 2 challenges. Trying 2 this time again, now with a gym membership. Good motivation, it requires me to go at least 12 times a month or more. Watching my food and using fitbit. Its a really neat tool, just have to remember, no sweets or pop. Small portions, move more and drink more water!
