Yesterday went to the gym and did speedwork for 1 hour. Also ran the stairs with weights for 30 minutes. I feel good today and no adverse effects from yesterday's exercise. First time I've done 100m sprints in a long time. I've been running trails for so long forgot what fun short speed workouts can be. I think I will go back again today.

Thanks - I made sure to drink 2 water bottles even though I had no thirst issues at all. I've been researching on the internet. It looks like I have a condition where my body doesn't communicate to my brain to hydrate - a big problem at my new level of exercise. So now 4 water bottles a day every day!
