This has been a difficult week. Chocolate candy for Christmas ???? Well I figured the best thing to do is eat it quickly.. lol. My strength training is going well. I can feel the difference after only a few sessions. Tomorrow morning planning on a fifteen mile run then hit the gym afterwards. My first trail race for 2014 is next Saturday. 10k. I'm really excited to push myself as fast as I can. Really going to work hard at getting my weight down to 180 by end of January.

Yeah got rid of the chocolates real fast! Good to see you back on track. I got excited when I hit 183 but it created other problems (see journal) so now I'm trying not to be so obsessive with my program.
