I have not been here for a while because I had a left knee replacement done Dec. 3rd. I have still managed to lose a little weight and after Christmas I will start tracking my food again. To all my friends and buddies Have a Merry Christmas.

221.4 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb. Still to go: 41.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
