Crazy little tricks to keep your diet on track
I'm still laughing about the Alpo diet.
Congrats on the 30 weeks, this is my first week on here but started food journal and tracking calories 2 weeks prior.

My goal get below 170 ASAP Been playing in the 170'S for too long. I am going to break this platue. I hope everyone is doing great.

ok felt thinner...so weighed my self 2.1 lb difference from yesterday...maybe water weight,,,,but just shows how much my weight can very.
