Crazy little tricks to keep your diet on track
I'm still laughing about the Alpo diet.
Congrats on the 30 weeks, this is my first week on here but started food journal and tracking calories 2 weeks prior.

ok going back on working my program of recording and staying on my guidelines 1700 cal's a day exercise everyday stick to what I know works.
