I got lazy and fell off the wagon this week. We had a nice surprise and got to see my husbands two oldest kids for a few days before Christmas so we were able to celebrate a bit with them. I am going to try my best to stay strong this week and get back on my plan hardcore after Christmas. I know it has been said not to make a plan to start but to just start now but with Christmas a few days away I'm going to give myself a little slack. I'm going to have to show some self restraint with all the goodies that people are going to have but I'm not going to tell myself no to everything.
