HELP! I don't want to fall off the wagon. Lately I've been consuming more calories 500 or more a day on average and I don't know why. I also haven't been as good at tracking my calories on fatsecret. I'm still exercising though. I hoping it's just because of the holidays and I'll snap out of it.
