The oatmeal bar I had last night was baked by Sue. I don't have the recipe, but she brought me 1/4 of on that she had baked for me to try. It was very good but too crumbly to eat.

I realize that today I am going to have to switch the lunch with the dinner. My ham slices are still frozen. Luckily, the frozen ham I have is Boar's Head. Get that kind from Sprouts with no trouble. It is harder to get from Safeway, because they have so much junk ham, and the shoppers never look in the deli.
