So, I have been at a bit of a stall...178 and holding. I have been told to make sure i am drinking enough water, getting more sleep (need at least 7 hours a night) and actually cut back on some of my workouts (over stressing the muscles).

also, I checked in with the nutritionist and although my calorie count is not too bad she wants me to tweak my carb intake...no more than 20 -30grams of carbs in a single meal. So, when I was doubling up on veggies, this may in fact have been sabatoging me. She also said for me to not eat more than 3oz of protein at a time. Uggghhh, so much to think about! However, I am going to try these methods and see what next week brings me!

You can do it. You've already come so far. Be proud and hang in there. Being one of your buddies, reading your journals and posts, you don't really seem to need outside motivation, but you've got it here. Go Stacie Go!!

Galahad...I think we can ALL use outside help and motivation...I truly appreciate yours :) I am inspired everyday by what I read in people's journals and on the forums, it keeps me going even when i get frustrated! :)

Stacie, I see that you've been doing so awesome! You will reach your goals and be able to encourage others saying "been there" when they're frustrated. In the mean time, enjoy your journey and let your body takes its own time :)

I completely agree with you about reading the journals and forums. I don't have the time that I would like to post more to my buddies and on topics, as I generally am on the site at work, but, on top of comments made to my own journals and such, they help so much. I appreciate everyone that I've "met" on here. They're all great and doing a wonderful job. Just wish they had a magic solution for not being able to do pushups. LOL. I'm working on it.
