So I’m trying to get my poop in a group! Yesterday, after getting husband settled, I went outside and did a 30 minute cardio workout. Tonight at work, I walked and did some mild cardio ( can’t get too sweaty at work) for my 30 min lunch break. It’s a start back. Diligence.. not complacency!
