Actually, I am planning to eat leftover salad, if it is any good. It did not have butter lettuce in it. Sue made it with some other kind of lettuce, but I don't think that matters. There may have been some red pepper and some carrot in it as well, but there was not much. There was no tomato in it. I added that myself from the last of my tomatoes. And the dressing was made by Sue, so it was definitely NOT low fat.
