Do you have pictures of an outfit with stays? I’m not sure if that would work with my ample bosom 😉

Personally not a big fan of fasting and also believe that many people that fast don’t make their minimum BMR which makes burning fat more unhealthy as you are also jeopardizing stopping organ functions and burning muscles 🙏🏽

Fasting is a normal human condition... in the "good old days" you did not always catch something for dinner, thus went fasting or without. Since the farming and the industrial revolution 3 square meals a day began as a sign of wealth and affluence and became the norm over time ( at least here in the states). I am aware of other countries where the poor do not get 3 meals a day and are very lucky to get one a day( many times skipping several days). A Respiratory therapist friend from the Philippines described to me a typical meal from her childhood. It consisted of rice and half rotten fish with whatever vegetable matter could be scrounged. While that is a nightmare to the western palate... it is the norm for many and they are HAPPY to have it.
