went to bed not til after 6am & previous 2 nights were 530:-( Need sleep to feel better to exercise to feel better... Avg only 1000 cal/day, so might be actual weight loss tho:-)
128.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
