Three more days until my next weigh in. I've really been pushing myself this week with exercising. Hopefully it pays off. Right now I'm trying to still locate everything on this revised website. Jeez.....just when I figure everything out, they had to go and change it.

You look awesome, with curves in all the right places...would love to have your body. You must be doing something right. I hate the scale it is NOT an accurate way to tell if you have lost fat and are gaining muscle..it can't tell the difference between the two...you have to take your measurements...that is where you will see the loss :) Good luck!!

Thank you so much for the compliments. I so much appreciate it. Today is the first day I'd even consider taking a photo to put on here. And I hope this I will soon be my "fat" photo to look back on because I've seriously been too embarrassed to even be in photos unless someone took one without me knowing. Regarding the scales.....I'm now officially avoiding them and just trying on my old clothes. I was a happy size when they fit and I held onto them. When they fit again, I'll know that I'm the size I was then regardless of what the scales say. Best of luck on your weight loss journey. By the way, I'm Lana and i'm doing approximately 90% raw vegan diet with some cooked stuff here and there. Also I started exercising minimum of an hour and half daily, combining walking, cardio and toning exercises. Thank you again and good luck to you too.
