Not sure why I'm up on the scales...but I feel good and I think this is not totally indicative of how I'm doing. I have been exactly tracking my intake and exercise so that I can see if there is any "calorie creep" and I will reassess then.
I also was taking in quite a bit of salt and basically no water, so over the last 2 days I have been trying to correct that a bit. Maybe that will help!
I wanted to check in at a weight that wasn't part of the downward trend to be honest and realistic!!
