Uh...Thinking I was going to be going to job #2 at the shipping hub last night, I bulked up on lunch & other calories only to be waved off at the last minute. Lots of calories gone to waste and waist! Hoping that the calories burned earlier in the week will offset the gain yesterday, but I didn't even document all the food I ate.
