1746 kcal Fat: 62.45g | Prot: 64.05g | Carb: 242.73g.   Breakfast: All Natural Lowfat Yogurt - Vanilla, Banana, Better Start Light Multi-Grain English Muffin, Taster's Choice Hazelnut Roast Instant Coffee, Light Soft Spread, Cream Substitute (Powdered), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), sugar free jello. Lunch: Apples, Cheddar or American Cheese (Reduced Fat, Pasteurized), whole wheat saltines, Water. Dinner: Diet Pepsi, Cooked Carrots, Beef Chuck (Blade Roast, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Strawberry Jam, whole wheat saltines, Orange Juice, Natural Almond Butter - Classic. more...
