Oops...not a good "diet" day today. Started out going to a business brunch where my boss made all of us fresh blueberry pancakes w/real maple syrup, homefries, eggs, etc. Who could refuse? But the good thing is I had small portions and didn't go totally crazy. I ofcourse skipped my lunch because as I said it was "brunch" Oh well, tomorrow will be better and I'll be at the gym again after work for a cardio workout and weight lifting.
