I gained weight over the holiday and then lost some back again! I am so excited.
Well, I originally gained over the holiday, but weighed in this morning and found out I have lost .4 lbs. since last weigh in! I am so excited! It just boosts my commitment to what I am doing even more. I just signed back up for the Biggest Loser Booster Camp for the holidays at work as well. That is a great incentive. The last one they just had which ended the Monday before Thanksgiving, the winner won $195.00! I wouldn't mind a Christmas bonus! :)
