Working out 4 days a week at school half hour of cardio..I was doing weight training but every since I cut my caloriie infame I have been so tired I can barely finish the cardio part....need to start doing squats tho ASAP!!!! i have been on phentermine for a month n a half n it is really working well for me i am no longer yo-yo ING on my weight only losing it!!!! Doc said u build a tolerance to it though but hopefully I dont for a whileeee
