So busy with school lately, but I always manage to fit in a workout M-TR sometimes Friday and maintain my diet on weekend, even though its more restrictive during weekdays. Also, I always complete a half hour cardio and some weight training even if I'm in a hurry or am so tired. I still feel so weak while working out cus I know I'm not getting enough calories but once I reach my final goal weight I will start eating properly again. I am just so focused on the light at the end of the tunnel I HAVE TO get there. It just sucks a little because as I lose weight my resistance level during cardio is going down instead of up, so I hope I can rebuild it after Im at my goal 140.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.2 lb a week
