FOOD JOURNAL FOR WEDNESDAY OCT 16, 2013

8:00am breakfast- bosses day- everyone at office brought in breakfast food. I had gluten free granola with Fagee yogurt; small cup of decaf with 2 small containers of creamers and no sugar. my stomach turned all morning-not sure why.

no mid morning snack

12:00 lunch- catered from Noodles and Co- had penne rosa with chicken and ice tea- stomach was still turning and kept turning all afternoon

no afternoon snack

6:00pm dinner: hamburgers- 93%ground beef burger with no bun-wrapped it with iceberg lettuce, included tomatoes and 1 tsp of mayo; had 9 chips of Jalapeno kettle chips (per bag-9 chips equals 150 cals) and had 1 dill pickle and ice tea. stomach felt way better after dinner and I followed up with my bike training.
