139.9 today yesterday 240.8 day before 241.6
i do believe im doing it < well lets hope >
im encouraged

half a loaf of crappy bread way past the NO EAT time of 8:30
2 with applesauce
2 with homemade strawberry jam
2 with fried egg / mayo / cheese

didnt have bread for a few days
so that half loaf was just marvelous
ill TRY to keep that yuk white carb for the morning
again heres hoping !!!!!
239.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.0 lb a week
