I'm so tired today...I think it is caffeine withdrawl..lol...I am on my 3rd day of soda free and starting my 6th week of cutting back on fast food eating - I have had 3 meals fast food - not so bad.

I went grocery shopping today - bought me plenty of veggies and fruits for snacks to take to work.

Some people say you can lose weight and eat what you want as long as you do it in moderation...I really have a hard time doing that...at have to stay away from the foods that I really like that are not good for "dieting" or I will binge on them.
