All of this tweaking of my calories and changing my diet is just making me gain weight:/ Hopefully my body will even out here pretty soon. I have been getting a lot of advice about fiber lately I am trying to up the amount that I am getting, in addition I bought a fiber supplement.

Diet Calendar Entries for 11 October 2013:
