I'm tired of all the diets now. I always start them with so much hope and expectations and it always peters out when I start getting successful.... then in the end, the diet isn't healthy for me. After all the diets I've been through, my blood pressure is high and I'm on cholesterol watch.
Now I want to watch my calories and just eat healthy.
Please wish me luck. This is going to be very strange for me.
