1232 kcal Fat: 32.45g | Prot: 79.13g | Carb: 162.90g.   Breakfast: Orgain Organic Protein Plant Based Protein Powder Creamy Chocolate Fudge,  Bananas ,  Decaffeinated Coffee (made From Ground). Lunch: Kroger Original Saltine Crackers, Dole Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice, Kroger Fat Free Cottage Cheese,  Chicken or Turkey with Barbecue Sauce (Skin Not Eaten),  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Fresh & Easy Cantaloupe Chunks. Dinner: North Coast Organic Apple Sauce,  Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless),  Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Nabisco Nilla Wafers. more...
