Is housework ever done? I've been doing laundry, dishes, making beds, fixing food lol:) , ironing, grocery shopping, and trying to get all of my exercising in today. I have to admit that I'm sore from the kettle ball yesterday but haven't given up. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I'm nervous.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 November 2010:

I think there are little trolls that go behind you and mess it up as you move from one room to another lol. I am going home to do clean my room (it looks like some one detinated a bomb in it) and I know by the end of tomorrow it will be a disaster area again! Do not be nervous, look at weigh in day like I do - its the one day a week that I can see where I am and what I have been doing and then use it to re-center myself. Being as you just added the kettle bell into your work out you may notice a little gain but its just the fluid from your muscles trying to heal themselves!
