Thx all! Healthy and low cal! All under 400 calories with 35g of protein. Argentinian red shrimp (Trader Joe’s) drizzled with Kikkoman teriyaki glaze, ginger, and soy. Quick and easy uncle bens long grain and wild rice 90 second microwave pack. And steamed green beans. All ready in under 10 minutes!
