So I did very good yesterday it was my fasting day of my paleo diet and I was at church and we had a pasta dinner and I ate my subway sandwhich like a good girl. I did not go over my 100g of carbs for the day. I am so proud of myself for giving this a shot and actually see results. My sister rolls her eyes everytime I say I cant eat that or no im trying to lose weight. my fiancé and mom are a great support system and my mom is even doing it with me so its easy to cook for three ppl when we all are eating the same things. But my sister will see when I have lost lots of weight and she is still the same size she is now... she will see!
