Impressive, peeked at your exercise diary. Just wondering if you're doing more resistance, cardio or both. I missing two extra hands in order to measure the biceps.

All I am doing right now is walking three times a week. I have Lupus, and was very sick a few years back, so my doc is making me take the slow road, lol. One step at a time! But I am measuring, because just a half inch here or there still makes me feel better! I am seeing a ton of water weight shed though since I switched to all water, no soda or caffeine!
