No walk yesterday but did get 1 hr of pretty intense housework cleaning done. Today, I had the group over so no time time run/walk. I took the 6 flights of stairs up and down for a meeting today and I did 10 lunges while I waited for the shower to warm...better than not doing them...that was 10 more than the day before...
165.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
